when caught but not before wounding his young daughter who was with him. one suffered life-threatening injuries. the tribe said he had a real hard life. >> the coast guard and a solano county dive rescue team are looking for 577-year-old man who is believe to have fell into the mare island strait. he was last seen on his tug boat. he never came home. his son found the tug boat unlocked and his dad's car parked at the berth. >> this area is being sold as nobe. north oakland, berkeley, and emeryville. tomas roman is live in the neighborhood with more. >> some realtors started to use the name nobe to describe this north oakland neighborhood known usually as the golden gate district. and some resident wes spoke to say this name change is just a ploy to raise home plieses and displace low income families.
